Welcome, to the feed. It’s got zombies in it. ‘Cause Nihilistic made a game with Zombies in it. It costs Ten dollaaaaaars. Ok I’ve butchered that enough. Seriously now…..So what else do you get for 9 dollars more than a similar Indie Game? Well, there are advanced graphics, Online Co-Op with 4 players and distinct levels and game modes that organize the game. Leaderboards are on there too, of course. It doesn’t have a catchy and funny song to go with it though. You can pick up weapons that spawn around map, as well as shoot some items in the environment that kill zombies. There’s also a CHAINSAW!!!! Every now and then a person who has yet to be infected pops into the board and you have to keep them alive for a certain amount of time in order to gain some bonus points. One of the coolest additions is the Zombie Bait. It’s a teddy bear and zombies go after it like a ravenous pack of wolves. It leads me to believe that zombies and pedophiles may be related somehow.
What do I think of it? It’s not too bad. It’s a little harder than I’d like because the graphics seem to get in the way of being able to see well. I like the simplicity of the two stick shooter and the added chainsaw melee mixes it up a little. This could be a lot of fun with some 4 player co-op. On a side note, I like zombies and chainsaws, but I think it’s time something else started to trend.
