Living in a cold climate effects causes more then chilly fingers and noses for a lot of people, and together we can help. There are tons of shelters in which you can donate your time and money but me and our friend and my fellow Microsoft MVP, kilaMOMjaro, are putting together a blanket project to create blankets for donating to a local family shelter – Solid Ground Family Shelter. The blankets are super warm and cuddly (I have seen and felt them firsthand).

On Saturday the 20th of February anyone local (Seattle/Eastside) area can gather with us and donate their time to make the quilts for these children. If you can make it, awesome! Please stop by.
