Blacklight Tango Down
Blacklight Tango Down is one Xbox Live Arcade game that has really taken me by surprise. Its really kind of flew under my radar, but it recently started getting some good media coverage. Thus bringing it to my attention, and I have to say, for an Xbox Live Arcade game, it really knocked me back by how good it looks.
In the near-future, in a city ravaged by war, the Blacklight Tango Team has been sent to find recently missing Colonel Klein and his personal Blacklight team in the city of Balik. The rebel group “The Order”, is thought to have captured or killed the missing Blacklight team.
Tango Team prepares to attack The Order’s headquarters when Blacklight command informs them that civilians have been infected with an unknown virus, causing them to attack everyone they encounter. As they engage the Order in combat, both sides are attacked by crazed civilians. Because the circumstances have changed, Tango Team is ordered to stop The Order at all costs…
I don’t know about you guys, but I will definitely be purchasing this game. Blacklight Tango Down will be released on July 7th and will run you $15 (1,200 Microsoft Points.) It will be on Xbox 360 for the Xbox Live Arcade, PS3 for PSN, and the PC.
Google Pacman?
Posted by xboxking in BTG, I thought this was cool, PC on May 21, 2010
For the 30th anniversary of Pacman, Google did somthing really cool. Google is known for having special Google pictures for holidays and events. Well, today Google has a playable Pacman game on the site in the shape of Google. Yes, you heard me, you can actually play it. All the ghosts, the fruit, and everything is there. They even give you three lives. I’m guessing today is the only day you’ll get to play it so get playing. Also, if you get a gameover, there is a “insert coin” button by the search button. I thought that was a nice touch.
I think this has to be the coolest thing Google ever did on the homepage. So, get playing! What are you waiting for. The game’s on the Google homepage.

Hello Kitty Saves Lives
Have you been looking for a good reason to join Hello Kitty Online? Well now you have a good reason to. As you know, Haiti just had a horrible earthquake that claimed the lives of millions and left the survivors homeless and injured. Well now this amazing game is doing an amazing thing.
Hello Kitty Online will have “Food for Friends 2.” This event lasts from January 21-30, 2010. When you play you earn donation points. The donation points will be added up and real money will be sent to Doctors Without Borders for aid in Haiti. This sounds like a great charity event, Hello Kitty and helping people? That’s the best combination EVER!
Well now you have a reason to join Hello Kitty Online. And remember to tell your friends your doing this not only because this game rocks, but to help survivors in Haiti.
But seriously, earthquakes stink so lets help the survivors of Haiti out by doing what we do best. By that of course I mean palying Hello Kitty Online.
Army of Two: The 40th Day Demo coming
And it is coming very soon actually, as in this Thursday. Army of Two: The 40th Day is a squeal to EA’s first game in the series Army of Two. In the demo, players will be allowed to play the first level of the game, continuing the story about the two-man private military team of Salem and Rios. In the first level of the game, players will find themselves trapped in Shanghai as it falls under attack. Following the same gameplay as the first game in the series, players must work together with a partner (either coopertive online or with a computer player) to shoot their way through enemies and help each other survive through teamwork.
Army of Two: The 40th Day is set for release on January 13, but until then, be sure to check out the Xbox Live Marketplace for the demo. Also for more information about this upcoming game, be sure to check out the press release and/or the Army of Two: The 40th Day website!
Modern Warfare 2 sets Preorder record
Gamestop has now set a new record for most preordered game, and no, this time it was not a halo game. In fact it is Infinity Ward’s most hyped game, Modern Warefare 2. According to Tony Bartel, executive vice president for GameStop. “As of today, the number of pre-order reservations we’ve taken for the game is the highest for any title we’ve ever sold in our 6,200 store network.”
Modern Warefare 2 is Set to release next Tuesday I am sure it will be a busy day, with many stores opening to sell the game at midnight. I myself have not preordered the game but I am going to pick it up on Tuesday, there is no doubt about that. For more information, be sure to check out this article in USA Today.

Borderlands is Out!
That is correct, Gearbox’s first person shooter and RPG game has been released today in the US. Now the question that I raise is are you going to buy it? Now let me give you a few highlights of why I will be picking this game up today:
1. According to Gearbox, the weapon count is over 17 million
2. The open world gameplay
3. The replay value
Now there are many more reasons to be picking up this game, but those are the three that really stick out for me. Now today is one of the few days that I am going to cut my post a little short, but that is because I will be playing Borderlands as much as I can today. Also, if you pick up the game too, be sure to send me an invite for co-op! Also, if you are not yet for sure about this game, be sure to check out the review over at IGN!
[NEWS] OMG Can’t WAIT!! TTFN! SWAK!! <3 =^.^=
Posted by Kiki Lewis in News, PC on October 16, 2009
Today young girls everywhere can experience the joys and agony of being a teenage girl in love, lust, and hate without ever leaving their home or having any interaction with a member of the human race as VIVA MEDIA releases My Boyfriend for the PC.
Heralded as being an adventure game (for girls only!) the game encourages girls to imagine they are at a luxurious island resort with no ‘rents and just your BFF to keep you in line (or perhaps to encourage you to do just one more body shot). Ha ha.. just kidding about the body shots, there isn’t any alcohol involved, I don’t think…
But as every good girl knows, you must WIN the heart of the guy in order to MAKE him their b-friend. I am thinking there must be a lot of falsehoods, bra-stuffing, giggling, and having your BFF cheat with him behing your back, to set in the realism of this game. Otherwise it would just be LAME. Check out the press release below for more info on the game and all the system req’s.
