And… The PS3 Fans Go Wild!!!
Hello, I’m field reporter Xbox King, and I have a very shocking story to share with you.
Only a few weeks ago a very interesting set of NPD numbers were released. What makes the September NPDs so interesting is the fact that the PS3 actually sold more than the Wii, and don’t get me started on the Xbox 360!!!
Here are the numbers from the highest selling current generation consoles to the lowest selling.
PS3: 491,800
Wii: 462,800
Xbox 360: 352,600
A lot of PS3 fans are really taking this to heart, here’s what some PS3 fans think about The PS3 beating the Xbox 360 and Wii.
“Well, it’s about time!” — said Ploogle.
“Happy I guess, good to know that more and more people are getting to play some of the great PS3 exclusives.” — said Cam Dog.
“I think that it’s awesome that the PS3 is finally getting the love it deserves.” — said Weclock
“It’s quite really really awesome” — said Mariano Alpha
As you can see, these PS3 fanboys are really loving it! I’m not really fond of the whole thing but whatever, it’s just one month I suppose, Xbox 360 will win next month.

With the description taken from the press release: the first map, Circle of Tears, will feature “Vile waters have carved a rough-hewn circular battlefield into a forsaken land that players must circumvent to destroy their opponent.” In the second map, Death’s Fjord, “Players will find themselves on an icy mountain pass with a dense cluster of fans that lie below, waiting to be harvested by those brave enough to capture them without cover from enemy attack.”

Borderlands is Out!
That is correct, Gearbox’s first person shooter and RPG game has been released today in the US. Now the question that I raise is are you going to buy it? Now let me give you a few highlights of why I will be picking this game up today:
1. According to Gearbox, the weapon count is over 17 million
2. The open world gameplay
3. The replay value
Now there are many more reasons to be picking up this game, but those are the three that really stick out for me. Now today is one of the few days that I am going to cut my post a little short, but that is because I will be playing Borderlands as much as I can today. Also, if you pick up the game too, be sure to send me an invite for co-op! Also, if you are not yet for sure about this game, be sure to check out the review over at IGN!

[NEWS] Misunderstood and Rebellious

It seems every time you turn around they are making a movie out of a videogame or a videogame out of a movie. And Disney hasn’t disappointed us by creating a Where the Wild Things Are: The Videogame which launches on Oct. 13 for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii, and Nintendo DS.
Pros:
- My most favorite children’s book EVAH.
- October 13th is my mom’s b-day and she is my most favorite mom EVAH.
- The screenshots, and trailer look really, really nice.

Cons:
- Every time you turn around they are making a movie out of a videogame or a videogame out of a movie.

Blur Pushed back to 2010
Yep, now you get to add another game to the very long list of games that are being pushed back to 2010. According to a recent press release by Activision, Blur will not be releasing in November, like previously mentioned. Now what reason would they have to push back yet another game into the already crowded 2010? Well according to Activision, they are planning on using the extra time to enhance the games multiplayer gameplay.
To be honest, I just take this as another excuse for game developers not to go against Modern Warefare 2. And you know what? I am totally right because Activision Blizzard admits it in their press release. For more information, you can head over to TeamXbox and check out the press release.
