This week in Xbox Live Arcade –
If a beat em’ up action kung fu game is your thing, then Invincible Tiger is for you. Especially if you have a soft spot for retro music and Bruce Lee Films. Awesome Ideas for the Avatar Marketplace?
Posted by Scratch in I thought this was cool, News, Xbox on August 17, 2009
Ok, so it’s not really you who gets to do it, but you can maybe help with the brainstorming. Ninjabee just tweeted asking their followers for some input on what they should put into the Avatar Marketplace. Jump on twitter and give them your burning desires for digital clothing and props. All you have to do is follow @ninjabeegames and tell them your thoughts. I thought this was a pretty cool opportunity so take advantage of it while you can. Good luck!

Arcade Feed: Trials HD
Posted by Scratch in Arcade Feed on August 12, 2009
This week in Xbox Live Arcade –
Trials HD hits the Arcade this week and can be best described as endless frustration and fun, or for lack of a better term… funstration. This is one of those games where you find yourself saying, “OOOOOHHHH I WAS SOOO CLOSE!”, then you fall back in your seat, sigh, lean forward and try again until you nail it.
In the Trials mode you can race against the clock on your way through the obstacle courses, being careful not to crash and burn. If you don’t like timed events you can try your thumbs at the more unconventional skill based games where speed and finish times take a back seat, and concentration and control are the key. Though both modes require you to anticipate the balance of your rider using the games’ incredible physics engine.
There are over 50 levels if you include the level editor where you can make your own tracks and challenge your friends. Trials HD extensively tracks your progress and displays your friends’ records in the game so you know where you fall short. Try all the tracks with different sized bikes and see which one will take you to the top of the leaderboards.

Halo Griffball with Golf Clubs
Posted by Dan Burch in I thought this was cool on August 6, 2009
A simple game of Grifball made a BIG mistake. They gave us golf clubs. This was way too much fun. Golf clubs replaced the Hammers and only had 10 shots in them. Now what if Bungie did make a real custom game for golf?
I play Halo nearly every day from 3-6pm PST. Send me, CrazyEcho, a game invite and meet my buddies.

Go for the Gold!
There’s no better time than now the be an XBOX Live Gold Subscriber so this post is directed to all the folks “rockin’ the Platinum Account”. Thought that was funny, I saw it on a trolling silver account.
Anyway, if you have a silver account as your main account or have a friend who is a silver that you’d like to convince to go Gold this is for you. Post a comment on this article and include the following….Gamertag on Xbox Live and what you miss by not being Gold that you’d like to have. Plus anything else you might deem appropriate and three months of Gold could be headed your way.
Ends Aug 8 at 12 midnight EST.

Ninja Blade is an action adventure title developed by From Software released for the Xbox 360. This game is a hybrid of sorts, it shares hack and slash elements from similar games but also combines Context based cinematics. You know the ones where you have to press buttons during the scene?
The story behind Ninja Blade is in the year 2015, a small village was attacked by unknown creatures. This village and the survivors were to become known as “Alpha-Site”.
